F3 28m² in the livingroom on the ground floor, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Particular attention with the design of the cottage to give you a feeling of memorable comfort. Bathroom with rainmarker shower inducing a memorable pleasure, washbasin and puch pull tap, wall-hung toilet and washer-dryer. Variable lighting in the living room and bedrooms to adapt the light to suit your mood. Led sat TV in the living room and in the bedrooms, usb sockets in the kitchen and each beds to recharge your connected devices. The cottage is equipped with a terrace and a small private garden with flowers and plants. Garden furniture is at your disposal to enjoy the Norman sun.

The cottage is located less than 100m from our residence, which allows for better reactivity if necessary. We will welcome you in optimal conditions while leaving you a great freedom during your arrival and your departure. The residence is located in a dead end which ensures peace as you might expect in the countryside. Access to the cottage via a patio planted with flowers and provided with three basins decorated with plants and fishes.

Public transport: bus station less than 600m serving nearby towns. Shopping centers as well as leisure activities within 1km. Etretat is only 20km away, Honfleur is 45km away. Deauville St Gatien Airport 50km away. Nearest beach less than 2km.

Super quiet stay, very relaxing, Super comfortable cottage very well equipped, very good bedding. Nadège and her husband are very friendly and super attentive to help us discover the region. We recommend no problem and will return as soon as possible.

That is absolutely amazing place. We spent 2 wonderful weeks there and did not want to leave. Apartment is completely new, just built and opened. It contains everything you need for comfort staying: dishwasher, washing machine, drier, coffeemaker, pot, 3 tv, toster, big refrigerator. It has one big living room +kitchen on the first floor and 2 separate rooms upstairs. Also it has chealing zone outside,so you can easily cook and eat enjoying fresh air. There is parking infront of house. Nadege and her family is so nice, lovely and helpful. We did late check in and very thankful for it. In case of any question they helped us. Even we do not speak French, we used translator during our conversations. It didn't make any inconvenience and we could fully communicate. From the apartment it takes 3-4 min driving to supermarket (you can find there fresh oysters, fish, cider etc), 7 min to Fecamp, 25 min to Etreta ans 2,5 hr to Mon Sen Michelle. So location is absolutely amazing. We really recommend this place to stay. You won't regret. And we look forward for coming back here once again.

Very friendly, welcoming, smiling host, present when needed. Was able to suggest us good addresses! Thank you again Cozy accommodation, tastefully furnished, including the exterior. Plainness reigns there. The location in St Léonard is nice because very close to a large shopping center with its surrounding shops ... The magnificent town, sea, cliffs of Etretat less than 20 min away... great!! And many other equally charming towns. An idyllic setting to get away from it all I recommend
